Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Advanced GP AI Solutions Inc. ("Tasset", "we"), 395 Carroll Street No. 604, Brooklyn, NY 11231. By creating an account, subscribing, or using a Tasset file, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Tasset.

Your account

You sign up with an email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Tasset.

Subscriptions and billing

Tasset is sold as monthly subscriptions. The plans and monthly prices in effect today are listed at the end of this page and on /pricing.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your subscription renews each month until you cancel.
• Prices can change: [PLACEHOLDER: notice given before a price change applies].
• Subscriptions are not refunded.
• AI credit packs: unused credit packs can be refunded. Email support@tasset.ai to ask.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. Sign in at tasset.ai/account and choose Manage billing; it opens your Stripe billing page, where you can cancel, change your card, and see your invoices. When you cancel, you won't be charged for the next month.

Your files are yours

Tasset files are HTML files that live on your computer, or in the folder you choose to keep them in. You own what you write in them. We don't claim any rights to your content, and cancelling does not delete the files on your computer.

Because your files live with you, keeping copies and backups is up to you.

AI features

Tasset files can work with AI. If you bring your own AI key, your use of that AI provider is also governed by that provider's terms. If you use Tasset AI, requests are run by Google Gemini on our behalf. AI output can be wrong. Check it before you rely on it: the people using Tasset make the decisions, not the AI.

Acceptable use

Don't use Tasset to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone's copyright or other rights;
• try to get around sign-in, licensing, payment, or usage limits;
• attack, overload, probe, or reverse-engineer our servers or services;
• resell or share access to your subscription without our written OK.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Changes to Tasset and to these terms

Tasset is growing fast, and features will change. We may add, change, or remove features. When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. [PLACEHOLDER: how and how far ahead subscribers are told about a change that matters].

No warranty; limit of liability
